Our journey began in 2005 when industry veteran Mr. N D Sukumaran founded SKV Developers with a clear vision: to deliver industry-standard quality plots and apartments at the best value for customers. Building on this legacy, Virukshakandas Realty Pvt Ltd was co-founded by Mr. Karthikeyan, who brings specialized expertise in finance with an MBA from PSG College of Technology and an MSc Finance from Durham University, UK. His forward-looking insights and strategic acumen enable us to deliver exceptional, future-ready service to our clients while maintaining our core commitment to quality and value.
